Soat Le Ong are being arrested by NBI and accused of scamming homeowners. Police say Soat Le Ong was being charged for the processing of fake real estate document and bank cheque scam.
Soat Le Ong are now being charged with theft by swindle and faces a fine and up to 10 years in prison.
National Bureau of Investigation Crime Division police have arrested Soat Le Ong for having allegedly deceiving both Filipino Chinese and foreign investors and cheated them of large amount of cash .
National Bureau of Investigation NBI commissioner, said Soat Le Ong were arrested at Bulacan while deceiving foreigners to invest in Bulacan real estate.
Police seized fake real estate document , permit from Soat le Ong.
Information from the seized fake document and official reciept showed that Soat le Ong had deceived investors to invest over 17 million in fake firms.
