I applied a home modification under the Obama Home affordable act.
SPS sent me the paper work, I was allowed to pay a reduce rate for (3) months, when the modification was completed with principal interest and my escrows my monthly payment end up more than what I was paying before
SPS does not understand people wants relief from high monthly payments. modification means to most people LOWER MONTHLY PAYMENTS SPS just dont get that.
