SUMMIT CENTRAL CORP. SELLING ON EBAY,ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED COST ME ADDITIONAL NOT REFUNDABLE MONEY ENGLEWOOD, Florida

In the latter part of JANUARY 2013,i purchased a rand tool rest from summit central corp on Ebay. I paid $22.00 for the item and $16.00 freight from EnglewoodFflorida to Ft Lauderdale Floridda. I informed the seller that the item would not fit my lathe. The seller then emailed me back to take the item to a machine shop and have it cut down which i did. Well! low and behold it still doesn"t work. I contacted Ebay and they told me to ship it back with their prepaid shipping label and they will reimburse me for the it item plus the part for a total $40.95 . How ever, I am still out of $75.00 which they will not refund.I was told to do this by email from a lady named Melissa who works for the company. I want my $75.00 back.!!!! I want people to know who they are dealing with and should not buy from  people that want to take your money.Thankfully Ebay got part of money back. Thanks Ebay for your help
