Wont offer phone number for support or help for software related issues. Issues are, software is unusable and no tech support for what is stated on their web page. Once I was able to make contact via email and requested a refund they refused because now they change the rules and say that the software is used and wont offer refund even though their web page states 100% refund. Even though I wasnt able to use the software and only attempted to use it was considered used. Unfortunate they dont tell you that when you purchase the software.
