Sainovich, Santicola & Steele, PC Michael Santicola Ran off with my retainer!!!!!!! Beaver, Pennsylvania

I hired this attorney who I in the end had to fire due to his poor work. He didn't return my phone calls, didn't work on my case and basically just took zero interest in my case after he got paid. When I decided to fire him he turned nasty and refused to return my money, he tried to tell me it was non-refundable which I reminded him wasn't what we had agreed to. After a lot of arguing he agreed to return a very small portion of the retainer, I didn't settle with that as he owes me a lot more. I am still fighting with him trying to get my money back.
