SanDisk Corporation reason you should never buy a Sansa clipzip MP3 player Milpitas California

I bought a SanDisk Sansa clipzip around three months ago.  I never download music, only books.  When listening to a book, I noticed at the end of a part, it would skip to parts, not in sequential order.

Looked up problem in the manual on their website and it explained that in order to listen to parts in sequential order, you needed to transfer the book from the device back to a computer, create a playlist and list the parts as you wanted to listen to them.  As far as I know, this is the only MP3 player that requires all that time and effort in order to listen to a book.

Called the company today to ask if I could send the player back to them and get a refund.  I was told that SanDisk doesn't offer a money-back guarantee.  So, I will just pitch this useless player and buy one from another company.

Hoping that someone who is thinking about buying one of these players will read this and not make the same mistake I did.
