Sever auto and trans Not true midland North Carolina

  The only other report on here filed by John Platzer is completely out of line. This shop has been in business 4 years without one bad review anywhere because customer service is a priority at Sever Auto and Trans. Numerous conversations were had with John Platzer on the phone asking him what it was that he wanted and it came down to a matter of $200 dollars which I would gladly refund in the interest of customer satifaction. John Platzer declined and for some weirdo reason is more interested in sabotaging the image of our business over a matter of $200. To make matters worse he was referred by some very good customers of mine that found me through a mutual friend ours. This guy is off his rocker and is being completely unreasonable. Just know every attempt was made to handle the situation in a fair manner with John Platzer to no availability.
