This is a friendly word of warning if you want to enter into any sort of business contract with Keilen T, or Angel Marie Jones- Williams.
DBA Shrimpman Brand, New Orleans Shrimpman.
I am their former landlord. The Williams owe me a large sum of$ for unpaid rent & utilities. They also drove a car stored at the rental home, off the property & disappeared with it. I am also missing a substantial amount of property stored at the home.
The address that is listed on Williams' website is NOT where his business is located. The owner of the Business that IS actually located at the address on his Website,Tommy's Seafood, said he knows Williams, but he said he doesn't have a business there.
The addresses Williams has registered with the LA Secretary of State, are also false. They can be found here:

2313 S. Liberty is owned by the Greater St. Stephen's Baptist Church next door. Their representative, Donna Hubbard, denied any knowledge of Keilen Williams.
Keilen Williams has a warrant out for his arrest, & is also listed on Central Bail Bonds Most Wanted Fugitives, for skipping out on the bail they provided when Williams was arrested for Simple Assault & Battery in Dec. 2012. He failed to appear for his court date in July 2013, which is why he has an outstanding warrant.

He is the 4th person on their Wanted list.
He is a Service Certified Disabled Navy Veteran. No one can verify what his disability actually is, or what the qualifications are to become Certified. He has the ability to speak, & stand for hours on end since he is a Fisherman by trade, as this YouTube video shows:

Personally, judging from a frightening email I received from Williams in response to a Wanted Poster I have been circulating, I think the disability is of a psychological nature.
His old criminal arrest records are publicly available at this address:There are 12 arrests listed. This is for ONE Parish only.

The current arrest warrant is for Jefferson Parish, & my home where the car was taken is in Orleans Parish.
Orleans & Jefferson Parishes do not publicly list their records.
I was foolish enough to rent him my home, don't be foolish enough to do business with him, & if you do, at least you will know the kind of person you are dealing with.

I received a phone call from the Asst. to the President of the Plaq. Parish Council. I was assured that NO ONE in their office has had any contact with Williams. I have yet to receive any response from the Port office.

I sent my flyer to the various Districts of the Plaquemines Parish Council, & a fax to the Plaquemines Parish Port on 1/15/14.
I had not received a response from Williams email when I sent them.
The email excerpt I recently posted, was sent by Williams about 24 hours after the Parish District Offices & Port office would have received the flyer. Williams thanked me for the free advertising I gave him.
One can assume that a Plaquemines Parish Council Member, or the person that received the fax sent to the Plaquemines Parish Port office knows Williams, & knows how to reach him.
So, there is a member of the Plaquemines Parish Council and or or at least one employee of the Port Authority, & a Minister who know Williams has an arrest warrant, & they chose to forward the info. to Williams, as opposed to calling the Police.

The following is an actual excerpt of email I received from Keilen Williams today.
Williams has yet to provide me with his actual address.That's why I circulated the Wanted poster.
He now claims he bought my car, yet he provides no proof he paid for it. (He can't because he hasn't paid a cent) He also said I had the car towed away & destroyed. In 2 emails he sent, he's said he paid one amount, then offered an additional amount. Nothing has ever been paid, yet the story keeps changing.
Since my Wanted poster & this report are great free advertising for him, & he's making all kinds of income from me, I asked him to pay me the money he owes me.
Williams keeps bringing up race, I have no idea how race has anything to do with the problems I have with him. It appears he has racial issues, not me. I have never made a racial reference.
Williams lease was terminated. He never paid rent on time, he never paid the utilities in full, then took the car after he totaled it. No eviction notice was ever served. He vacated on his own, then returned after the lease was terminated taking property with him, & left in my car.
