Sidetick.tv SIDETICK.TV is a SCAM, Internet

I was called on Thursday 11/29/2012 by a man with a foriegn accent and he asked me to try out a service called sidetick.tv he didnt tell me I needed to have access to a computer to watch all these latest movies he so claimed I could do on my television he acted as if this was a new title of cable access on my home television. 

He also stated that there was a 7-10 days trial period without my bank account being charge and after 7 days I could call back and cancel with No questions asked.  My account was charged on the same day of the call.  I called the 1-877-731-8207 phone number he gave me and it's a recording telling you to contact them by email at cservice at sidetick dot tv.

I emailed them that I wasn't given an access code to their service the same day because the salesperson stated I would receive an email with all my access information, then the next day on Friday I continued to email them, and once again on Monday with No contact back from them by email or phone. 

I cancelled my service with them immediately. 

I went to the bank and filled out an affidivat and cancelled my debit card so they would not have access to my account for other charges.  I never was even able to used their service which is the funny part of this whole ordeal or given a chance to see if this was something I could use not that I wanted to after being lied to and my account being charge the fee and no trial period given as promised.  This is a Fraud and a Scam and I would not give my Debit Card information to sidetick.tv for their services.
