I Just wanted to say that my experience has been exactly as DH-San Antonio has described: No income for 2 years-competing with basement & garage operations, and losing business to companies with in-house capability.  The arrangement they have allows them not to disclose vital information in terms of actual failure rates, competition, and other critical information needed.  3-4 other businesses have closed in the last year in my area alone.  Their "Training" is a JOKE! they charged 37,000 for this, in addition to money spent to travel and stay in California and Hawaii. Ridiculous!
They overcharge for equipment which you can purchase yourself at a fraction of the cost.  20K for "ongoing support" HA What a joke. etc,etc, etc. Going Out of Business Now
