I have been ripped off by the "Solar Conduit" retail company, in San Antonio, TX (https://solarconduit.com/shop/). I ordered a pump from them [actually the company appears to be entirely run by one person: Ken Solis (http://www.facebook.com/kenpsolis?fref=ts)] and although my Paypal payment was promptly charged and accepted, Ken did not send me a receipt, or anything. When i contacted him, he said the pump was back-ordered and would be shipped soon, but i never heard from him again. He stopped returning e-mails and never returned my many calls (an answering service always answers Solar Conduit's phone). I complained to PayPal, local Better Business Bureau in Texas, and anyone else i could think of, with no luck. I lost $1,087, and this business is still up and running apparently. This makes me believe that there must be other customers of Solar Conduit who have also been similarly charged and then ignored (ripped off), like I have been.
