 I contacted Jerad Garza a year ago to obtain a quote for shipping 2 XTC lighting consoles made by LSC.  He emailed me, phoned  me and then invoiced me for the 2 desks. But no shipping quote.

A year later the 2 XTC desks were still for sale. I emailed him and asked again just for a shipping quote. I also asked him not to phone me. He phoned me emailed me and did everything other than give me a quote. I made it clear to him he had the attention span of a nat. And he refused to obtain the quote. Solaris and the nat are ripping off peoples time and energy. It might not be money. But is your time free? Time is money. What about the seller of these items.

Your response was pithy. But you did excactly what I wanted you to do.
Your strings are too easy to pull puppet. I wish you were a challenge.

To be fair, Jerad is only the crew of the sinking ship. As the sun sets over Solaris. The Captain is the one responsible for his crew. In this case the leader of the inept is Oshine Najarian. Founder of Solaris and defender of the inept. He is the author of the sparton rebutle. Even as the ship sinks, he cannot see beyond his ego to admit the deriliction of duty from his crew. And when the passengers object, he still politely rejects the ineptitude.

Solaris Dimming The Nat's excuses.

      After a year of phone calls and emails from Solaris. I tried everything I could to trigger the dim witted into getting the quote. Nothing get's in. Solaris are Kings of what they do. NOTHING. Let me re-iterate this. A YEAR OF PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS = Nothing. Still no quote! Nothing can trigger activity in this void of action. They can't even comprehend the term "Don't Phone me", Incredible!

   If you had Solaris mess you around for a year and provide everything except what you wanted, Would you stoke their Ego?

   If you had some lighting equipement to sell would you want Solaris to represent you? I wonder if the owner of the 2 LSC XTC desks for sale (FOR A YEAR) thinks the nat's are Kings.

   I think, they winge and whine like Queens.

We have email transcripts from this person (Gary Cullen of E.J. Cullen Nom. Pty. Ltd. in Australia) stating such things as "I will hunt you down."

"The depths of your mind astound me as much as your ability to do nothing."

"Take a moment and make sure these complicated concepts seep into your brain."

We have full email transcripts to show that our employee was nothing but professional during his communications with this person.

This person posted this report after we decided to stop responding to their threats and disrespectful emails. Email transcripts are available to anyone who requests them.

We are kings at customer service as anyone in our industry will tell you. If you had a client threatening you and outright disrespecting you, would you stand for it?
