1. 607.3 install expansion control valve or tank.
2. 504.7.2 Pan for water heater needs to drain to outside.
Richard failed to ensure that the electrical outlets were all working as one outlet shorted out causing a small fire.
The kitchen faucet on Side A has sprung a leak. The entire kitchen was renovated recently by Richard. All of the hardware is suppose to be new, but it seems either the quality of the work or hardware is insufficient. Also, there is a leak in the bathroom coming from the tub.
Richard is young and inexperienced, his work his shady and less then mediocre at best. Shame on Richard for not completing this job as prescribed. I advice others not to hire Southeast Construction Associates Inc.
