Straight Up Contracting Pat Loucks Cashed 2 checks to buy materials and never bought the materials Knox, New York

Contractor took over 6000 dollars to buy materials for a deck. A month later, still no materials were delivered to our home. Very minimal was done. Finally we went and bought our own materials with  money that was going to be owed at the end to the contractor. He finally finished the deck part, but never the roof system as agreed plus other over hangs on the rest of the house. He walked off the job. He also after ordering materials under his name with our credit card ,

went back before the delivery came and canceled part of the order and took the money for himself as a gift card and bought stuff at the Home Depot where the material list was from. I have since found out this guy has never finished one job he ever started. We now have the State Police investigators going after him. If you have dealt with this guy I suggest you call the NY State Police, BCI Division.
