Stretchkins Stretchkins.com website ambiguous & misleading! Should not take CC info before totaling order. Internet

BUYER BEWARE! There IS a reason that the $ total is NOT calculated BEFORE you're asked for your credit card information. You may find that the shipping, handling & fees add up to $29.80 for two puppets (+ free whatever). & the runaround that follows is even worse: you can't change your order til it posts (on www.customerstatus.com) so you call back & call back & by the time your order posts, GUESS WHAT! the order's already shipped! UNBELIEVABLE! 

Blue Banana, a Stretchkins' subcontractor) sent me an email Tuesday night at 11:27pm informing me that my order shipped  Tuesday (not Monday morning). This, despite Ellen (at Stretchkins) telling me when I called Monday morning that I could not change my order because it had already shipped. This, after being told on Friday by 4 different Stretchkins sales reps that because my order, which I placed early Friday afternoon, had not posted, they could not assist me with any changes to it. If I wanted to make changes, I could call back Monday morning & make the changes then.  

Even though the dollar amounts do not amount to much, I expect to live to see some kind of class action against this shady operation.  And I'd welcome it.
