I call they answer the phone, I have a question they answer it, I order something they ship it thesame day most of the time, andwhen I have a tech question they go out of thier way to help me out. This company is the best at what they do and in my 20 years in the fire service I have not dealt with a company that comes close. Everyyear I visit them at the NE Chiefs show and every year they give me as much time as I want even when I don't buy anything. Louis and Steve really know their stuff and are great to deal with.

This company listed 5 reports all on the same day within minutes of each other then contacted us and asked us to pay them $2000.00 per report to remove them.  They have been sued numerous times for what has been described as a form of extortion.   It is unfortunate for the consumer that sites such as this exist.

As for our company we pride ourselves on Customer Service and have earned the reputation as a company that works hard to please the customer.  We go above and beyond whenever we can and will continue to earn our customers business through above average business practices.  We are a Better Business Bureau A+ rated company because of how much we value the customer.
