I recently sold 2 tickets for LMFAO in the AAA and Stubhub notified me the buyer did not get in and they had already charged my credit card and paid the buyer back. They did this because they said the have a buyer guarantee policy and they have to proceed. Where is the seller policy to request a buyer written evidence to know it was true or not. I get in contact with Stubhub trying to get a solution with the issue and they just told me to get scan report from the AAA and the AAA did not gave scan report. I have been selling tickets for over 2 years in Stubhub and they did not care that. They trust more the buyer than the seller because at the end the seller repaid for everything and more and the buyer get in for free to the concert. I always sold the traditional hard tickets which are paid in cash at the time of the original purchase so how can I know that the buyer do not refund the tickets call Stubhub tell the problem and the buyer never show the tickets to Stubhub with a VOID or even I never get back my tickets. So for my experience right now Stubhub never trust the seller and always trust the buyer. They charge my credit card for the tickets price 3 times. Stubhub a big scalping company that favored the buyer and ripoff seller when they can not get their commission in the tickets. They charge 16.00 dollars to the buyer and close to 15% to the seller.

Unfortunately when buyers are told their tickets are not valid, the venue will commonly take the tickets from them, and usher them away from the venue. This is because the StubHub buyer's information is not located on the ticket, or anywhere in the venue's system. Due to this, the venue is unable to provide the StubHub buyer with any information as they have policies and procedures in place to protect your (the Seller's) identity and information. We certainly understand that the venue may not provide an exact "scan report" but it is often common for them to email you the information pertaining to what happened that evening. If you are able to obtain any information from Ticketmaster or the venue, we'll be happy to further review this with you.
