Sunvary wrong wedding dress shipped, and company stopped corresponding; Pay-Pal got return address; spent $75 returning dress, only to have it come back from China 4 months ago as no such address existed - wasted 8 months and out of pocket. internet china

My future daughter-in-law ordered a wedding dress from China through Sunvary. They were great to deal with through email.  The dress came and it was not the dress in the photo and the quality was very poor.  Once I told them I needed to return the dress they stopped communicating with me.  There is no address on their website and they wouldn't tell me where to return the dress to.  Fortunately I paid through Pay-Pal so they go the info for me and said to return the dress for a full refund.  I spent $75 to mail the dress back to China.

After some 3 months the dress came back to me saying there was no such address.  In the meantime Pay-Pal said they wouldn't return the $ to me......so it looked like we were out the $ for the dress plus the return postage and had no dress.  Fortunately again, my Pay-Pal account was hooked to my Wal-Mart Master Card.  Wal-Mart was great and in time they refunded the amount of the dress and after not hearing from Pay-Pal for 45 days, to keep the dress too.  So we were out the postage $, spent almost 6 months dealing with this, and endless time on the phone and emails.  And we had to find a dress and found a lovely dress at David's Bridal in Mississauga, Ontario and I found my mother-of-the groom dress at David's Bridal in Niagara Falls, New York.  What a lot of frustation and lost time and $.  I would never deal wth Pay-Pal again, as they lied to me about refunding the $, and one time I spent 20 minutes on hold on the phone.  My advice is to go to a local store and forget about dealing with any site that doesn't give you an address and phone number on their site.  We donated the unused dress from China to the Salvation Army store........through out the "hoop" style crinoline.
