They are selling a warranty that is very misleading to consumer nor does it make sense. They say warranty starts date of purchase day 1 and only goes for two years. But you cannot use there warranty first you have to go to the manufacture. Now am I the only one that see this is wrong to sell a plan that starts the day of purchase but you cannot use it. Should this plan not start then after the manufacture warranty is longer good?
 
It states under the Terms of Coverage in two places plan starts day one of purchase but then they go and stick in two other places you have to go to the manufacture first. This plan very very misleading and they are taking your money for a full year on their plan that you cannot use. This plan is called Replacement Plan and they tell you it starts on day one of purchases but you cannot use it because in another area not under Term of Coverage it states product, coverage is effective upon expiration of the manufacturers labor warranty.
 
They why do they state that their plan starts on day one of purchase?
Am I the only one that see this is wrong?
I bought two plans for two DSI XL. $169.99 each and $17.00 each for each plan that is no good for a year but states it is a two year plan? huh? One if the DSI XL quite working no power 7/19/11. Purchase the Replacement Plan because it started Day 1. The Plan is very misleading to the consumer. Ripoff !
