This web site is no place for a real discussion about a career opportunity for you. And while as the owner of this company, I do respond to every complaint, comment, compliment, or otherwise when it's brought to my attention this forum is no place for discovery about career opportunities or how to obtain jobs.

What most people are not aware of is that there are multiple positions available in dealerships from sales, to service, to parts, to accounting, to web site design, to AP and AR and so on and we can help you with most any of those. We are a full service automotive recruiting, training, and consulting company and there are no employment fees of any kind for you to pay EVER. Our mission is to help people find jobs, train them in their new career if need be, and support them in any way we can so they can provide for their families in these difficult and uncertain economic times.

A recruiter (using a yahoo address) sent me an email (through monster) inviting me  to interview for a sales consultant position at a car dealership.   Strange that they would contact me since I specified that I would only take requests for my resume from a particular industry.  I also requested that they contact me through another email address (not monster); this way I could review the header info so I could research the company and sender. They did not follow directions.  I went on the car dealership's website to research careers and was directed to a generic application form - no open positions were listed.  

It was well over three years ago which is precisely my point, your still ripping people off and getting away with it.  Your company is pasted all over the ripoff report website and the fact that you personally perform "ripoff report rebuttals" suggests that you are fully aware of that.  Your company is nothing short of a con man hiding behind a wall of smoke and mirrors and people should have the opportunity to become educated.  Anybody can get a job selling cars, you don't need a class, and you should never have to pay for training, and anybody who says that is a necessary expense is probably trying to get something from you.

I can SPOT a SCAM in one second....This company is a scam. Read what he said...and read what the company said.  It's a SCAM and move on!

As the founder and owner of this company I make it a point to respond to all complaints, just as I did with your initial complaint over 3 years ago. Regarding your anonymous warning to those who may wish to interview with us, our company no longer allows contract trainers to charge applicants for any services provided by us.

We allowed the BBB to arbitrate your complaint, and listen to both sides of the story. Then together you and I reached a settlement agreement that was to your satisfaction and the complaint was closed.  Our trainers nor anyone in our organization would ever refuse a graduate of one of our training programs an interview or employment opportunity.

We are STILL WILLING to help you find employment even though its been over 3 years and you were also refunded fees paid to the trainer.

For interview assistance simply call our 800 number and let us know you would like interview assistance.  If you meet the necessary criteria for employment in the automotive industry we will find interviews for you and assist you in achieving gainful employment.  No fees will be requested by anyone in our organization for any reason.

If you or someone you know ever has a complaint, question, concern, comment, or otherwise regarding my company, please feel free to call our home office and ask to speak to me personally. Identify yourself, what your issue is, and I will work hard to rectify your situation to the absolute best of my ability. Arbitration through the BBB is always your best course of action as the BBB has a resolution program that allows the 2 parties to dialogue about the issue and reach a mutual agreement for both parties to get closure on the issue.

Anonymous complaints are very difficult to resolve, as they serve only one purpose: To strike out at the other person, or company in anger with virtually no hope for any sort of resolution. There is no reason anyone should ever carry a burden around with them when an open invitation to resolve the matter, even a second time if necessary is on the table.
