TMC Management They will not fix on the roof the leak in my building. The leak is over my stove coming out of a vent. Minneapolis Internet

Joe and Doug showed me a 2 bedroom apartment and the moment you walk in the door the apartment had a real strong stench smell to it. Doug told me not to worry about it the smell will go away in a couple of days because the place was closed up and it was June. So the smell never went away and I started to complain about the smell. So on October 18 of 2013 water started coming out of the vent in the Kitchen that lead to the roof. They played it off by going up in the attic and pretend to fix the leak but we had a thaw on Febuary 16,2014 and my ceiling leaked again. I called TMC Management to tell them about the leak and was told They were too busy to worry about my roof leaking. I know what the strong stench was now it was dried up Mold but the Building inspector told me there is nothing they can do unless they see the roof leaking.

  Since we have lived Here in Crystal and complained Joe had one of his employees call my 57 year old room mate a Crack Head. Joe also had one of his X empolyee beat my room mate up in the building and Joe had another resident and her boy friend from another building try to Rob a 57 year old women. It seems like if you complain around here.

   Since all this has happened Tmc Management will not answer my phone calls or emails. The only time they want to call you back is if your toilet is running. I found a set of building keys in the parking lot in the summer of 2013 and gave them to Doug who works for Joe. The guy who lost his keys have to pay Joe 350.00 to get his keys back. Joe he's a dirrrrty M F'er.
