This once successful bar is being driven into the ground by the newest owner, Denise Stinson, also known as "Momma" or "Mama".  Some companions and I visited on St. Patrick's day to find the owner drunk behind the bar, and using curt tones.

I was offered an all-you-can-eat buffet that included a beer, which I paid for and gave to my friend that was with me.  He is a veteran, and I was taking care of his tab.  When he returned for more on this buffet, Denise told him she was charging him a second time.

I tried to explain that there must be some mistake, because I bought the buffet item for my friend.  She told me that I was lying, because I was the one that inquired about it.  I said of course I inquired about it, I was paying for it, and that she can clearly see the empty plate and beverage in front of my friend whom I had purchased it for.

She called me a liar again, so I said, "I do not appreciate being called a liar, nor do I appreciate being ripped off.  Don't call me a liar again."  She looked me right in the eye and said, "you are LYING."

I replied in front of some other customers, "I would like to close my tab in that case, and I will not be returning to your business."  She did not appreciate my response in front of her customers, and told the bartender and bouncer to follow me out to my car.

Then as if her unprofessional actions thus far were not bad enough, she took position on her smoking patio and shouted obscenities and threats at my friends and me as we were leaving.  We were literally walking to the car as she was saying how if we did not leave she would call the police.  I did not quite understand, because we were clearly already on our way out voluntarily.

Beware of this place, as the average online rating from several sites places this business at two out of five stars.  I will be checking for ratings before I go to any business in the future, as Denise has taught me a valuable lesson about patronage.
