Tan your hide is one of the most expensive tanning companys in C/S. I used to live by the Southgate location now I live by the Chelton location. I went to the Southgate location a couple times a week and was dark, now that I have started to go to the Chelton location I'm extremely disappointed! I CANNOT get a tan even going every day with great lotion because of the beds! The beds at this location look as if they are from the 70's! Im frustrated with the beds and the hours! The hours are different at each location so if you live by one thats not open on Sundays you have to drive literally across town to tan! This is minor BUT very important and legitimant complaints but the real kicker is, when you are violated sexually at the location and have to continually go to court and not one apology, letter NOTHING from the owner!

 Tan Your Hide is by far definately not the most expensive in Colorado Springs. Depending on what type of membership or package you asked for, there are many options, and many price ranges.

The beds at the Chelton and Academy store are the same as the beds at all of our stores. We update our equipment every five years. And just to be very clear, no matter what bed looks like, it is the tanning bulbs that tan you. We change our bulbs out at all the locatios every three to four months, and well before the reccomended hours. Usually at half life, so WAY before they are due.

If you changed levels of equipment that can definately make an impact on the tanning.

The hours are exactly the same at every Tan Your Hide except for Sundays. Some stores are closed on Sundays, and its states ths on the website and on the front of every store.

As far as the libelous claim that someone was violated. We have NEVER had any claim like this nor heard of this. THis is a very libelous thing to state, and we will look into this further.

The beds, and bulbs at all the locations are kept up on and changed at least three times per year.

We do NOT allow any of the bulbs to get old. This is all kept on record in our computer system to the minute.The beds very at locations but they are all at top notch quality, and are NOT from the 1970's. We update out equipment all the time.

If you feel that you do not get the tan you are used to, we suggest trying a new tanning lotion as well, to help maintain, and boost the tan you have already. Your skin gets used to one type of lotion, and may need a new type to break through your plateau.

There are MANY brand new beds at the S. Academy location as well as all the locations.    

The hours are the same at all our stores, with the exception of some stores being open on Sundays.

As for the sexual comment, we have NO knowledge of any issues like this ever at any locations! period!
