I'd like to thank you for your posting regarding our company.  We take all customer feedback seriously and appreciate you taking the time to inform us of your concerns.

You may be aware that we have recently moved and upgraded not only our technical services division but also our name and image.  Up until only a few short months ago, we had a small location behind a laundromat and were known as "CS Niagara."  Our customers deserved to have a service centre dedicated to providing state-of-the-art facilities to support the newest of technologies.  Because of the overwhelming demand for our technical services (all thanks for our amazing customer-oriented staff and loyal customers!!) we chose to build a new facility capable of handling the demands of our customers.

To help distinguish ourselves as a computer service company, we chose to update our image and even kept a little piece of our history in our official company name: 'CSN Tech Centre Ltd.'  However, that name is rather wordy - especially when answering the phones :-) - so we chose to market ourselves as 'Tech Centre.'

Our staff has been the reason we have been so successful in Fort Erie (and much of the Niagara Region).   We appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to not only the customer - but to continuous improvement.  While it is true that some of our staff have been hunted by international tech corporations and educational sectors, we feel this is truly a form of recognition of their capabilities and dedication.
