Ted Ouelette Running many different scams with many associates, Internet

Mr. Ted Ouelette seems to go by many names and has many associates, including the individual listed as Thomas Jacob, still listed on other public sites as running an "entertainment" business.  It turns out that Mr. Ouelette was also working with an individual who has been charged with fraud and arrested named Christine Radey.  Christine is currently awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty, and then having a bench warrant issued for her arrest.  She was arrested and will likely do jail time upon sentencing.  She runs multiple scams at any given time.  

These individuals seem to present the same scam over and over.  Ask for financing for a great opportunity that they can't finance on their own, but will pay out either a large cut of the deal or interest in return.  The balance is never repaid, as indicated here on other reports on Mr. Ouelette and Ms. Radey.  Christine also ran her scams on others in the real estate world. Asking for first and last month rent from multiple individuals, and even trying to sell a condo that wasn't hers on Craigslist.  These incidents are also listed here on ripoffreports if you enter her name.  

Be vigilent, and contact the authorities if you are approached by these individuals.  They are professional criminals.
