Temptu Marketing Company Martin Cloud, Coordinator Claims they are hiring me to be a Mystery Shopper and provides directions on what to do. They sent a check from Citibank in the amount of $3570.00 New York, New York

I received a letter, a Market Report Form and a Check from Citibank in the amount of $3,570.00.  In the letter, it indicates they located me thru their online data source to be a Mystery Shopper.  Their company, Temptu Marketing Company is the Service Provider for the mystery shopping industry.  The letter breaks down how the check was to be used.  First week pay is $340.  First assignment to evaluate Western Union money transfer system $2,900.  Estimated sender's fees to be paid to Western Union, $200.  Second assignment was to shop at Sears, Wal Mart, Home Depot, Victoria's Secret, JC Penney, K-Mart, Toys R Us, Dillards, and Macys, then choose the merchandise to buy and to keep for myself in the amount of $130.  Total of check $3,570.00.

I asked my husband to check the company out on the internet.  He indicated Temptu Marketing Co was legal.  I call Martin Cloud at 403-383-9122 to verify who he was.  He was slow in answering the questions but answered he was with Temptu Marketing Company.  I deposited the Check in the bank and waited over the weekend.  Today, Monday, 30 Apr 2012, the check is returned.  I call Martin Cloud and he couldn't answer my questions, instead, hung up on me.  I waited 10 minutes and called him back, left him a message that I had contacted the FBI and that they would be after him.  I checked the phone number on the internet and indicates its from Albert AB, Canada.  THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.  Glad I didn't use the money as they instructed me.
