There physical address is at "Morningstar Mini Storage of City Place, 2320 N Central Expressway, Dallas Texas 75204.



Too many inconsistencies from both reports in this event abound to be legit.



Sounds like a moving company is trying to use Ripoff Report, to make their moving company look good.  

This report was made by the owner of Jaysin Designz, a company we contacted over the internet to provide us with business cards.  After weeks of waiting and the company sending the cards to the wrong address, we cancelled the order and after refusing to provide us with a refund, our bank refunded us the money for merchandise not received.  I did some research and finds out this company has many complaints for the same type of practice.    

We also filed a report on this website about this individual after seeing their "F" rating with the BBB in San Diego.  It appears he was upset enough to fabricate a story about us using this website.  

We have NEVER had a move with any damage like this and infact, have only had 1 claim filed for a broken mirror all year (as evidenced by claim records filed with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles).  We also have a stellar record with BBB, Angie's List and a number of other organizations.  

Our physical address is infact the 2320 N Central Expwy, Suite 41, Dallas, TX 75204 as also registered with the state.  We are here everyday Monday through Saturday.  

Unfortunately, the internet provides a great resource for people looking for a great deal on services, but it also provides an avenue for people like this to completely fabricate stories about people to try and harm their reputation.  Our reputation speaks for itself.
