Complaint Review: TexasLending.com
TexasLending.com4100 Alpha Road Suite 400, Dallas Tx 75244 Internet United States of America
TexasLending.com Aspire financial Worst Customer Service I have experienced in years. Internet
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Confused once again by an invalid complaint
*Author of original report: Not enough and a little too late.
At the beginning, the mortgage agent, Tony King would answer the phone right away anytime I called and also answer emails pretty fast, but once I closed the loan, he would not answer the phone or email. The reason for the calls and emails were legitimate questions that I still have no answers to and as I mentioned before, I still have not received my credit card deposit back.
I could write all the ways I'm feeling about this and all the things I want to say but i think that if I state the facts it would be enough.
I know they people of texaslending read this reports and I'm not the only person that has had a bad experience with them. I should have made my homework and gone with another loan processor but that's my fault.
Anybody can process a loan, but from what happened to me, not everyone can provide good customer service specially texaslending.com.
I hope that this company changes it's ways so no one else goes through this.
