TextLinkBrokers, 360 Enterprises, Sponsered Reviews is a scammy business for both clients and employees. 

This company sells content, I was in the content department, and I was paid only slightly higher than the cleaning staff--who never vacuumed the entire 8 months I worked here. People are fired all the time. You will come to work and have an email, "So and so is no longer with TLB." So you are constantly wondering if you are next. If you last longer than a year, you will get an annual review and a raise--of no more than $0.75.

Furthermore, they tell clients that there are in-house writers who are specialists in various subjects according to industry. The truth is that only 8 of around 50 of the writers are even in the continental U.S.A. and none of them work in the office. They are outsourced and paid for contract work. A piece of content that costs a client $500-$750 dollars is written by a foreigner for anywhere from $7-$30 dollars. 

All of the people who make any money are related. These people don't know your name or what you do there, but they sure wish you'd do more of it for the same amount of money!

The company is also into reputation management so you'll have to sacrifice your morals as well.

I almost forgot! I asked for a raise and was told to get a roommate or a second job.

All in all, if you grew up in an abusive household, you are probably equipped with the unhealthy coping behaviors necessary to work for this company.

As a company interested in content marketing, consider treating the content department with a bit more respect and offering reasonable monetary compensation. Salespeople are a dime a dozen; people who can read and write--REALLY read and write are few and far between, as evidenced in the emails from the sales team to the content team. As long as the people doing the work are unhappy, your products will be lackluster.
