The Bramton Company Simple Solutions sold by the The Bramton Company Possiblle price gouging , unavailability of product without explanation to customers or sale outlets Dallas Texas

This is a questioning about what is going on with this company and disappointment in product and the company that manufactures and distributes these dog dapers.  At this point in the game, there definiately seems to be something fishy going on with this company. 

Intially , I was purchasing large and x large diapers for my female dog.  About a year ago she went from using them maybe 1x  daily and now is using approx. 3 a day.  Simple Solution diapers seem to be superior to all other brands and are the most expensive.  We have tried everything else including making them for her, but we always go back to this brand due to convenience. 

Sometime at the end of the summer we started to not be able to order them from our online store WAG.com.  I found they had the best prices etc.  It was just the Large and X large diaper sizes.  Then i started not to find them in our local chain pet stores, such as Petco and Petsmart.  I emailed the company wondering if they were discontinuing the size or brand etc.  and received a prompt response .  I was told that they were not discontinuing and should be able to find an ample supply at outlets soon.  I next went to ebay and was able to find a large lot of larges that had the old packaging on it.  I purchased these.  After this I started to notice that the stores were actually only carrying small, x small and mediums .  I talked to a few store managers and they were perplexed as to what was going on with the company and why they couldnt get the large or x large.  Eventually they just stoppped securing a place for the product of diapers on their shelves and replaced itwith another brand. The Simple Solutions cleaning products are still available.  In the mean time when I did find the product at some outlet includng ebay the prices were going up and up.  It seems that others are aware that the product is superior and it was hard to find.

I was able to move my dog into the mediums eventually. I was able to order and secure packages of the mediums at online outlets and local pet stores for a small time period.  However, the cycle is happening all over again.  I am having trouble finding the medium size product again at stores and online.  If they were discontinuing the product then they should make there vendors aware of this .  Unfortunately the other diaper products out there are not as good and are made more cheapley.  Even now with the progression of my dogs situations I have to bulk up the diaper with feminie pads .  I cannot surmise any plausible solutions on why this company seems to be jerking it vendor base and customer base around.  Quite frankly I have used there cleaning products and dont find those as good as another product I have currently use.  So why would this company, if they are aware of their products status be increasing price and making it harder to get.  They must be fully aware they are creating a commodity with this product and now have the advantage in the market to gouge their consumers.  Although , it seems like their outlets are starting to ditch them. So that makes no sense either.  I have not contacted the company because I feel I only will be lied to again.
