Complaint Review: The Source By Circuit City

The Source By Circuit City Break their 1 year zero payment promises Canada, Nationwide
*UPDATE Employee: How the payment plans work
I have bought a laptop with warrenty on the Source Credit Card that would allow me to have zero interest if i I pay off within one year, and there will be no monthly payment.
I go on using the card to buy other stuff and put money into the account so to pay off the recent purchase in thinking the laptop 1200 isn't due until one year later. Or that was the orginal promise i hope i was buying with the extra merchant fee that i was paying and warrenty fee etc.
They default my account say i haven't done paying my recent purchase.
I only got about 650 owing to the Source. And I thought i don't have to pay it down till a year later.
What's the whole point on joining the Source credit card and the 1 year warrenty promise if i have to pay interest/monthly payment after i pay almost half of the laptop already?
