Be aware of the fraudulent company that TheLeadChampion.com - from Linwood, NC.

They will take you all your money as well as your time. Do NOT trust them. They are CHEATERS.

From couple of sources I found out that this company provides high quality leads a day in advance. However, I soon discover that it is not so. First of all, even though they had promised to set up 2 appointments a day, I hardly ever received one per day. Secondly, the set appointments were, to say the least, of bad quality. They were 95% false, as the people whom I had to speak about my products, were completely unaware of who I was or what I was doing there in the first place. Moreover, there were individuals who did not even have any assets.

Go and figure. Most of the clients informed me that they felt pressured when the The Lead Champion Insurance caller phoned and that they had accepted appointments without even knowing what they were accepting. Even though, I tried asking for a refund by mail, they didnt return any message. And when I tried to tell them what a horrible company they were, hey told me to HANG IN THERE.

Dont for one second believe that the business address on their website is their real address. It is actually an address of a MAILBOX rental store. Their real call center is in India, which I discovered only later while I was looking for (100 miles) my refund. They do not want their real address disclose to the public, as they did not want agents walking in here creating disturbances the exact words uttered by them.

As no one has persisted in filing a report against them, this company is not afraid of any legal threats. This is also an invite for all those who are ready to file a multiparty lawsuit. Please contact me at (((REDACTED)))

Moreover, my complaints are not only about the poor quality appointments but on their service as well. The woman who was in charge, kept promising that problems would be resolved and that service would get better etc. But these were only promises. Nothing was done to resolve the issues and she did not even return to my phone calls. The last thing that I heard about here is that she is no longer The Lead Champion employee.

Even without that horrible woman, service has not improved. When I signed on in September of this year, they schedule 35 appointments at that time. This as you can see is quite contrary to their 1 to 2 appointments per day. Out of these 34 appointments, I only talked to nine of them. As I found out through our conversations, eight people were not interested, whereas one person did not even have any money. At the end, I have not done business with anyone.
