Scott Thompson is a FRAUD. We paid $500 on our deposit and it never got returned. He seems like such a fabulous and nice property manager when you first meet him, but he ISN'T! Don't trust him. I didn't think renting a townhome from him would be a big deal because we don't usually deal with landlords or managers often. Things would break, water would leak, and he would NOT answer. He's attached to his phone if you're with him, but when you try to call and complain about something, he DOESN'T ANSWER. The apartments are not well-kept, and when things break, he doesn't care. More money out of your pocket. Save yourself some time and SERIOUSLY don't go with Thompson Management in Logan, UT.
