This Digusting company has customer service representatives that have broken English. They are : Unreliable,incompetant ,liars .On Feb. !8,2014 my Tracfone I normally used accidently got wet. The Tracfone stoped working. This Tracfone had 120 minutes left on it. My other new Trafone had only 60 minutes on it. I realized I needed more minutes for emercencies. So I purchased a Trafone card . It cost $ 29.00. I added to Tracfone ( 714) 331-5703. This now put this Tracfone at : 300 minutes. The next day,I called Tracfone Wireless. I spoke to various customer service representatives . They consistantly put me on hold. Plus : Had broken English. I finally was able to speak with a supervisor. It was superviosr : Sofia .

Instead of supervisor : Sofia helping me. She took all the minutes from: The new Tracfone: ( 714)331-5703. Plus: all the service days. The date was : Feb.19,2014. I called and called that day for help. Repeatedly put on hold.No one helped.

At this point I realized that I needed a phone .So I purchased another cell phone. From another company.I almost lost a very important :Gmail account with very imporatant information on it. Because now : Customers of Gmail ,might need to type in the code that will be sent to you're cell phone.I could not type in the code. Because it was on my Tracfone that I could not take to any repair store. That Was Tracfone:( 714)785-8300.

Continuing: Feb.23,2014 I called the company again for help. I again was put on hold spoke to various : Incompetant employees. Finally I spoke with a employee . She called her self : Iris. Iris was no different then the other incompetant pethetic employees. She stated : " The records show you received you're minutes and service days". It was of no avail. I then went to : FedExKinkos's , then scanned the sim card,the serial number,the date, the minutes showing.To also include: The amount of service days.I sent the scanned pictures using : Jepeg to : Face Book. This is for : Supporting evidence. 

March 25,2014 recieved a email from: Shindy L. Maxwell.Phone number:( 1-800-626-4883 ) Ext:306. Her title is: (BBB Specialist ).This would and could give the impression that she works for the : Better Business Bureau. She does not. I found this out later. In her email I was sent. she promised to send me: ( 400 minutes ) plus service days until :2015. At this point I was very happy at her email and words.

Continuing: I checked cell phone from : Tracfone Wireless. No minutes and the service days all ended.Feb.19,2014. The same day: Supervisor : Sofia stole them. California Penal Code for petty theft is: P.C.484 and 502.9. 

Continuing: Calif. Civil Code: 3294 is: This is : Misrepresentation,Deciet and concealmeant. Calif.Civil Code: 1572.This is fraud,and deceit. Then we have : Calif Penal Codes: 470,483.5 and 484 and 502.9. This may cover: Petty Theft. Anything under: $1,000.00 

Continuing: I called : San Diego California ,to follow up on my :Better Business Bureau ,report. #90244986. I called and asked to speak with Ms. Inna Bricker. The phone number I was given was: ( 858)496-2131. She indicated this is a : Better Business Bureau ,complaint for the state of ; Florida to handle. Because she did not recognize such a very long complaint number: # 90244986.I asked her if I could email my pictures ? She indicated that would be ok. I sent Ms. Inna Bricker of the : Better Business Bureau of San Diego California , all the pictures of my Tracfone. Phone number: ( 714)331-5703. In the pictures it shows: The sim number, the serial number, the end of service days. Date end of service days: Feb.19,2014. The same day: Supervisor: Sofia stole them ( with out my help). ( She was able all the way from where ever she is located to take all my minutes and service days with out my help ). So this point is made because if this disgusting company can take a customer's / consumer's service days and minutes with out permission and with out any help,they also have the ability to add service days and minutes with out any help from a customer.

She indicated she saw the pictures of the: Serial number,the sim number,the zero amount of minutes and no service days. Plus the date. Possibly: 26 March 2014. The date is very significant . Why every day the dates change automatically. Note: Does'nt this also show for supporting evidence this company based in Florida can : Add minutes and service days with out the help of any customer/consumer . ( If the head : C.E.O .allows them to ) ???
