This credit protection company mailed my personal information to another person with my same names address with out checking with me first if I had a change of address?? I asked the upper management how this could have happened and they said they couldn't tell me why.... I pay Trilegiant to protect my personal information and this company mails all of my personal information to another person without checking with me first??? Really??? With no explaination WHY, How could this happen? This is an Identity Theft Protection Company, they state on their invice "you can relac knowing your personal information is under careful watch" . Careful watch of strangers that Trilegiant mails your personal information to... Not right at all!! BE AWARE AND CAREFUL TO WHOM YOU GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO!!

- This is very good advise.

As for the rest of your post.  I haven't got a clue as to what you are trying to say.  As far as I can tell they sent your information to someone with your same name and address that you are saying is a different person and somehow they should have known that.

TLG Buyer's Advantage Buyers Advantage, Trilegiant, TLG The company signed me up for membership without informing me openly. I signed up for GreatFunSite, then cancelled. I saw charges on my card for TLG*Buyers so I called up GreatFunSite, they stated I cancelled my membership during the trial period, but those charges are from another service called Buyer's Advantage. Buyer's Advantage charged me 2 times - Aug and Oct 2014. GreatFunSite patched me through to Buyer's Advantage and I cancelled the membership. They said they emailed me to confirm the membership on Aug 21st but I see *no* email from them at all, ever, on any date. I confirmed they have my correct email address. I told them I had no confirmation or knowledge of my membership with them so I demanded to have the charges taken off my card. They said they submitted for review to have the two charges taken off for $16.99 and I should check my credit card statement in 7 business days. They said there is no code she can give me for this, just to check the statement.     Internet
