Trustee Associates Recontrusc Foreclosure Scam Glendale, California

I was contacted by Trustee Associates or Recontrusc company to let me know that my parents' house, which I am not on the loan or I do not live with them, has gone to foreclosure since 4/16/2012. They contacted me on 4/18/2012. David Lopez at 818-476-8188 told me to call the bank and get the information from them and call Trustee Associates back and see how my parents need to pay $13,226 to stop the foreclosure. David Lopez stated that they are a legal firm. My father actually called the bank and obviously the house has not been sent to foreclosure and those guys are a total scam. When I called back the number for Trustee Associates, I figured out that they are a scam the minute this guy David Lopez picked up the phone and it was more than obvious that is not a company and someone just calling from their backyard. I immediately let him have it and told him that I have actually reported him to the FTC. He jokingly said "yeah yeah I get it you reported us to the FTC", another red flag of these people or individual being a scammer. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I informed him that if the house had gone to foreclosure, the bank or lender would actually be sending a letter and not have some Joe Shmoe call from an unknown supposedly a law firm calling me and not even my parent to let us know about the foreclosure.

 Did I mention that the address for Trustee Associates is 2255 East Broadway, Glendale CA 91206 and according to David Lopez, there isn't a suite number for their office because they own the whole building. Really? Another red flag. I immediately checked the address on the internet to find out the property or building management company and find out if this company actually exists, and I find out that the address for Trustee Associates is actually a residential address. This has Scam written all over it. Please be aware of scammers like that.
