I bought a DVD set of the Jamie Foxx Show series from them and paid them $83.40 for it. A month since I made an order, but still received nothing. They lied me that it was back ordered.

Eventually, after numerous emails, they finally sent me a DVD set. The DVD Set had some of the worst quality video I have ever encountered, some of the episodes were of different TV shows.

I contacted them yet again, and they wouldn't respond. So I managed to track down their phone number on RipOffReport (they also operate under various names, including 'Costas DVD'). I called up and explained my problem to them.
When I politely asked for a refund, I was informed "Sorry, we don't do refunds for n*g*rs").

In the ensuing days, a mysterious charge appeared on my card for $250. Thankfully my bank caught it and reversed it. My initial money is gone though.

I've never had such an unpleasant dealing with any other company in my life. Watch out!
