 On monday Dec. 2, 2013 I placed an order online for their cyber monday deals. When I placed my order it stated it'll take 6-10 for my order to be shipped. I waited a week and just called to see what was the status of my order because online it stated "order processing no tracking number." So I called and spoke to their 1st representative, and she stated my order was boxed and ready to be shipped so I was excited. 5 business days later still nothing.

So I called once again and the 2nd representative said that they had a "huge amount of orders due to our cyber monday deals." Not once have they said anything about my orders. So I call saturday 12/14/13 and the 3rd representive states that "by the end of the business day today or tomorrow you should receive a tracking order." I told her she's the 3rd person that has told me the same exact thing. As expected that never happened. So today 12/16/13 2 weeks after I placed that order FINALLY my order was shipped, but only 1 item.

I called and spoke to a Terry and she 1st stated she did'nt see the CHI hair straightner I had originally ordered and I stated I did order that. Come to find out it's OUT OF STOCK!!!! How can an item that's still being advertised online and they have in stores be OUT OF STOCK!!! What gets me more angry is that they tell me "sorry there's nothing we can do" When I originally tried to just cancel the order and go into the store to buy it they tell me I couldnt do that. Now that you've finally shipped my order my main item is missing?

They shouldnt have let people order that item after selling so many already. Now I'm waiting for this to come in another 5 days after waiting 2 WEEKS. RIDICULOUS!!!!
