we contracted California company, USA App Development to develop our first apps on December 21, 2011, and there have been breaches of the contract and they've ignored repeated requests to make right by us.  The agreement was that the project would take 90 days. We experienced problems from the start with responsiveness, and app development status of our Android app. The Android app project was completed on May 24,2012, 6 months after the contract was signed. The promised follow-up support from USA App Development's Mr Ekbatani and Sillero Technology’s Mr. Panah never materialized.

Issues with the Android app’s operation were sent to Mr.Panah, but we got only 2 email responses and 2 phone calls from June through to September of 2012. In all instances, our concerns were brushed off or not answered.

We also worked with USA App Development about an iPhone app. We were told by Mr. Ramin Panah and Mr. Michael Ekbatani that they couldn't start that app without up front money, even though they had our initial app that I had already paid $30,000 for, which still wasn't done.  They proposed us paying $7000 and then pay them another $7000 when the app was finished. I sent $7000 to start work. Since May of 2012, I have received no proof of any kind that the iPhone app had ever been started.

With repeated requests over that time I asked for proof such as wire frame, screenshots or mockups of the app. They went unanswered or were evaded. After the Android App release, response to my voicemail messages, my text messages or emails were all ignored.

This May Mr. Panah called me asking if I would write a letter of recommendation for Sillero so he could acquire “a large government contract”. I responded saying I’d be happy to if he'd finish and provide the iPhone app. In a phone conversation he said it was so far along he could finish it in a week and would do it if as a measure of good faith I'd pay $1000 more and that would be all he would ask for to do it. Which I did, and then never heard from him again.

At this point, almost 1 1/2 years later, there is still no indication that the iPhone app was ever started, and We haven't been reimbursed the now $8000 dollars paid for development of that iPhone app.

This company is a ripoff!
