Does your business have a bad reputation?
Fix it the right way.
Corporate Advocacy Program™
Here is a simple breakdown of how USASEOPROS works:
<!--[if !supportLists]--> 1. <!--[endif]-->They take your money using a false and misleading sales pitch. This video walks you through their entire high pressure sales pitch, and provides very good documentation about their business practices , and their long history. You are lead to believe you are signing a contract for a service that is a quality service.
http://www.seoconsultants.com/usaseopros/scam/
It did not take me but a couple of days doing research on the internet to find they were a scam company. It was my own fault for not checking them out, before signing the contract.
2. They generate a list of keywords that have a very low probability of ranking well, and are not going to receive any search numbers on the major search engines. I could rank on the first page of Google or any search engine on the internet for the search term green worms that eat rocks and dogs. I could enter that term into a Google search and if I put that on my site, I would be Number 1. But who else would search for that term? This is exactly how they obtain the first page rankings they provide.
As they state in their contract, which they like to hide behind, item #12 states, We will provide the client with a list of geo-targeted key phrases relevant to their business with search results up to 2,500,000. All key phrases provide do not receive enough searches to be relevant when using the Google keyword tool.
3. They build a bridge page loading with the keywords that no one would search on and content that is merely used to trick Google, but provides no benefit for humans. Item #10 in the sham contract states, We practice ethical SEO techniques. The techniques used definitely are totally black hat SEO. The page is geared to keyword stuffing and every keyword link on the page takes you right back to page you are presently visiting.
4. They measure your site and the performance of the service based on ranks from search engines that are of extremity low quality, most being low traffic search engines and several that are owned by the company. (eg, Jooper, Kajoe and FSN. All are registered under KJR equipment LLC in the Whois listings.) Its easy to get first page ranking on a search engine of poor quality, you own, and use keywords no one searches.
5. When the metrics that are given is not enough to substantiate the value to the customer, and a customer wants to cancel or charge back, they simple state their policy, NO CHARGE BACKS. The contract only meant to cover up and protect their fraudulent business practices.
Las Vegas BBB rates the company F. The 36 complaints listed on your web site are just the tip of the iceberg as to the real number of people who have been scammed by this company. Based on the number of sales calls they make in a day, the numbers are probably in the hundreds. Many more complaints are documented on the internet but did not file a complaint with the Las Vegas BBB.
Their boiler room actually called me two additional times to pitch their program. Their boiler room sales team has no idea who has already been scammed. They continue to comb the internet for phone numbers of web site owners on a daily basis.
UsaSeoPro is a scam. This is a company who misleads unknowing customers into thinking that the service they provide is helping the customer's marketability. They should be considered a fraud and should be liable for their actions. They are very good at what they do and are going to continue their practices everyday unless something is done to stop them.
I plan to talk with the Las Vegas Metro Fraud Division. I will find out if they think there is something going on here that is fraudulent. In addition, Google provides a very good link to the Federal Trade Commission. They accept complaints into the National data base for use by law enforcement across the United States

WHAT A JOKE

Mr. Raskin was the owner of a company called "quality home foods", during his time as CEO he managed to rip his employees 401k's off to the tune of $12,000 and try to claim bankruptcy and say the funds went to company bills. LOL, what a joke. This is the reason behind his wife Kathy Raskin having front the company as the owner while BIG Rob calls the shots! During my short lived employment in this boiler room I got to see close to 15 people come and go because they could not deal with the scummy high pressure sales tactics of these animals.
They literally stand over you and make you read the pitch word for word and make you yell at the customer to go to there website before they have time to think and research the company and see all of the bad reviews. Once the customer gets to the website they show them a demonstration of how they can have the key words of their choice linked to their website and proceed to show the customer fake search reports of these keywords so the customer is faked into believing there are all of these searches for these keywords.
Once the customer is completely brainwashed into believing they will be ranked number 1 on all of the major search engines by these key words and get tons of sales from it, they then proceed to transfer the call to a "closer"! HAHAHAHA, This is the BIGGEST joke of the whole operation. These "closers", LOL, who have trouble closing the door behind them, sit in the back like pre-madonas and wait for the openers to "send one over the fence". Once they all fuss about who the lead is going to and who is the best at that particular industry they are given the potential customers information to then proceed to club the customer over the head whit a slew of high pressure tactics and insults and almost force them into pulling out their credit card and buying.
Oh and if you don't have the money they don't care! They tell you that this is so important that you have to borrow the money from someone so you can do it. How does the old saying go? I wish I knew then what I know now! Oh well, chalk another one up to experience. As for the customers that get scammed on a daily basis. I would suggest to keep filing reports with whoever will listen. That is honestly the only chance you have to take these animals down. I'm here to say all of the accusations are true! This is the scummiest company I ever worked for.

Keywords.
The company generates a list of more then twice as many keywords as you purchased in your package and within a 3 days a representative from their quality control department calls back all new customers and walks them through how to sign into their account with the company, view their own rankings for their keywords which you can freely google for yourself and find exactly on the page listed on google. or any of the other search engines.
Oh and during this they walk you the customer through choosing which keywords you want. You actually select which words you want to use from a list, select and save them yourself to your account. If you dont like the words they generated all you need to do is say so before finallizing anything and tell them some you would like and they swap them out for you. This is what I did myself for a few phrases so i know for a fact you can do it if you ask.
Google is the #1 focus of this company and pretty much all they ever talk to you about as a customer. The other searches are nice but you can absolutely get ranked on google very highly, including first page with some of your keywords. They do not "only rank you on engines no one uses and they own". Thats nonsense.
Oh and those follow up calls? They are the customer service department trying to show you how to sign into your account to check stuff for yourself and make changes as well as make sure your happy with the service. They can and will talk with you about having a custom website built or additional keywords added to your account. But its by no means necessary.
I had one of their sites built for me after a few months as a client and its beautiful and very effective. So just an FYI its a good idea to take a little time and talk with those guys so you can get the most out of the money you spent with the company.
