Yes, I finally got my subscription, but had to call them. Guess we fell through the cracks.

I would say that they should help their employees to focus more on future instead of the past, but just a suggestion. They should also know that selling things for which there are greater perceived demand can probably help them to be a lot more successful. It reminds me of how kids used to sell newspapers door to door, and few people actually bought newspapers anymore due to the internet.

So, maybe in addition to magazine sales, they could also try pest control sales, etc... maybe not, but just my 2 cents.
