Once they arrived in the new city (1 week later than promised) we had only 2 movers when we paid for 4. They had driven all night and were exhausted but did get the job done. We have several collections that are priceless and 2 of the items were broken. In addition we paid up front for 6 months of storage and only used 4.
Raphael has been promising to take care of this claim for months now and is just one excuse after the next. Union owes us over $1500 it has been going on for 6 months now.
Whatever they offer you...whatever deal they make DO NOT USE them it will be a bigger headache than its worth!
