I applied for a loan Mr.Richards told me to wire 960 dollars to kenita Tully in Burlington Ontario, CanadaThen said they needed 1700 dollars for insurance i told him i didnt have it he said he would refund my 960 dollars which i never recieved. the loan was for 15 000 dollars which i never recieved either
