We hired Giovanni Venegas last beginning August to create and finalise our e-store. He looked like a super nice person which we could trust. His energy was super positive and he looked super talented. We trusted him. He was supposed to finalise our website in three weeks. Well, one year later we still have a beautiful unfunctional and uncomplete website. At the beginning he really did an amazing job to the point that anyone looking at our website would say that this is a great and beautiful website. We had issues which he was telling us that he would fix. The only thing is that he would come back four weeks later and would not give you any news. You could not even reach him over he phone. Weeks later, he would come back to us with a report saying that the job was done but it was not. Or he would tell you that his server was done and would send you a fake outdated report to prove you that he did not have a choice. or he would tell you that you are the reason why the job is not done because you changed your mind and that to change fonts takes him several days of work!!!! He also asked us to please support him and his family to pay him in advance so that he would finish your work in one week. Lies lies and lies, he would not even acknowledge you for weeks. This has been the most frustrating experience that we encounter. We lost one year of business and still today need to find someone to fix the e-store. The other thing is that he use an older system and very complex coding processes from OS commerce instead of using newest methods such as magento. If you need a website quickly please be aware that despite his amazing apparent personality you may be having tremendous business issues related to his lack of honesty.
