Charles Lewis is the biggest con artist in Toronto. He runs a fraud booking agency called Vertical. He works out of the the Salt and Pepper offices located at 82 Bathurst St. This is where he holds his meetings after hours and collects his mail because his personal mail box at home is locked. He and his partner in crime, the "Dynamic Nigerian HipHop Artist", Stevano Ugo (https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.162528760425188.39846.144159048928826&type=3) do this for a living. They convince people especially their so called friends that they are making deals and signing artists and pretending to manage them. Where in fact Charles and Stevano have absolutely no managerial skills which explains their success (or lack of) in the music industry.

They make money through deception. They lie, cheat and fool people into thinking
they've happened onto a great deal or some easy money, when they're intention is to only make money for themselves and not the people involved contributing. 

Vita Chambers, a recording artist of theirs, is another sad case and embarrassment to the music industry.  Her and her parents apparently have not paid their beauty and style team in the past as well. (To all fashion and accessory designers, store boutiques and showrooms please be aware, I would avoid attaching yourself to these people).

Charles ran away with thousands of dollars and did not pay me for my services.

Always remember a good con artist can even make you believe he is really an old friend you haven't seen in years.Con artists do share certain characteristics, although even the best con can only go on for so long before people start to get suspicious. For that reason, con artists tend to move frequently. They may have a job that allows this, or they might claim to "have such a job". They leave and disappears out of town quite often.
