Avoid these guys at all cost. At first everything seems legit and you start earning a few dollars. When your account reaches about $40 (you need $50) to redeem, you'll find that your ineligible for new surveys and if you have any monies pending verification Vindale finds any reason to disqualify those earnings. I've had $48.50 sitting in my account for 30 days with another $20 pending. When I raised the issue with Vindale, they said the pending earnings are to old and cannot be applied to my account.
On all the surveys they clearly state, "If you encounter any problems contact Vindale.. NOT the company being surveyed". Obviously this is so they they don't get caught taking the fee and keeping it themselves.
I've begun contacting all of Vindales clients in the hope of putting Vindale out of business.
