Vivid Marketing beware columbia, Maryland

Vivid Marketing, inc. is a scam. I have worked there for 3 months and quit. they hire every interview unless you dont have a car or dont like sales. Beware of the second round interview where they tell you about the salary. There are "two" options. They told me the salary was $40,000 or $20 an hour, yet the salary plus commission is $200 a week. There is no marketing involved, its all sales. its driving around business to business, they dont pay for your gas and only pay you if you get someone to sign up. the turnover rate is 80% because the job sucks. and for those who play into the "il stay till i get manager", everyone on your team quits. get ready to drive around all day, pay your own gas, and be annoyed with the clapping and annoying associates who praise you for everything you do.

Not to mention, one of the associates Johanny Mateo is racist. She makes racist jokes and hates black people often making comments in a public setting and to direct energy customers about black people. She is apparently Dominican, yet "not black" herself. Also, she thinks people they like money are "jews." beware of this environment. Everyone knows of her deceptive ways yet people allow her to make a bad name for the company. They even promoted her to have her own business. 

Also, they call you every sunday asking you for your sales goals which is annoying and they ask you to meet them in the morning to discuss it at 7:00 am. "how was your weeekenddd" ....how was ....i quit.

Anyway, if you have an interview, beware. ask questions and get everything in writing. i only worked there for the time i did because i was looking for another job. the leaders, will harass you with their praise and happiness all the while waiting for you to hit leadership just so that they can get promoted off of you.
