WEPAY WEPAY REMOVED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF A COMPETITOR Palo Alto, California

I signed up to WEPAY because I needed a third party payment service provider, I thought they were legit after someone had told me they were better then Paypal so I signed up and took my chances. They allowed me to have an account for a couple months until a competitor of mine emailed them and said I was a scammer when I wasn't. WEPAY just removed my account with no questions asked and refused to pay me the $1300 I had in my account. I lost $1300 worth of product to people. WEPAY send me many automated emails but would never answer my question as to why they closed me down. I knew all along someone had sent them in a complaint and asked them why they didn't properly investigate it before shutting me down. Their excuse was that "I Violated Their Terms", this is an industry excuse to not do business with you any longer and the laws should be changed. Everyone has due process in this country and if you don't provide that to a customer then you should not be allowed to operate within in. After having this terrible experience with WEPAY I have since got rid of the idea of any third party payment service helping my business growth so I purchased a real Merchant Account. This way you are responsible for all your purchases and you do not have to give any fee to someone. Payment systems such as WEPAY and Paypal will become a thing of the past in the future when people realize they will not protect you and leave you in the dust over one transaction or over some competitor sending in false emails about you or your business. I now have to worry about where my information such as bank info, SSN and other data I provided WEPAY actually is and how long they plan on holding it when I no longer have a usable account.

Bottom line here is do not use WEPAY, don't give them any information on you, don't listen to whenever someone says this is a great service because they may just work for that company or could be paid to promote them. Don't use WEPAY!
