This is such a slap in the face!

I had been getting my meds for Wal-mart for a few years.  On or about March- May 2011, I came through the drive thru pharmacy as I usual do to get my meds.  The one that I was getting only cost $4.  As I paid with my debt card, signed the receipt, my meds were sent out to me.

I immediately noticed that I had a bag but not meds.  I called by in and told the pharmacy tech that my meds were not in the bag.  (Come on everybody can make a mistake, right?)  The tech proceeded in telling me that he knows the meds were in the bag.  I tried to explain that there was nothing in the bag.  He then began to accuse me of stealing the meds.  Remind you my meds cost $4.  He then made me wait in the drive thru for 15 mins.  I kept asking what is going on.  He kept telling me that he knew he put the meds in the bag and I must have took them.  At this point, accused of stealing has me very upset.

15 mins. later I am told to come in the store.  The pharmacy is crowded.  I arrive at the counter and then ask the pharmacist what is going on.  I explained my issue to her.  She starts yelling at me so the entire store can hear us.  She says, "Look, I know I put the meds in your bag.  You have them.  What did you do with them?  We are not giving you anymore."  I then yelled too!  I asked her if she was accusing me of stealing a $4 med.  She then said yes, because I know I put them in the bag.  I am really heated now!

I went to the store management who would not do anything.  She just listened and then gave me a number to call which was the head pharmacist.  I went back and demanded my meds or I was calling the police.  I should have called while I was sitting in the car.  I should have had them search me and my car.  Finally she gets really sarcastic with me.  She made me stand there while she continued to fill other customers meds (20 mins.) and then gave me my meds.  Of course, I gave her a piece of my mind.

The next day, I called and spoke with the head pharmacist.  He too, tried to dismiss the situtation.  This made me very heated.  Your employees accused me of stealing!!!!! I asked for the regional manager.  She was quick to call me back; however, discounted the situtation also.  She said that she would speak to the pharm tech and phamacist.  To this day, they are stilll working in the store.
