West Coast Vinyl Windows Poor Service, Lying, extremely poor work, evasive, will not communicate, will not set appointment to fix their poor work Tacoma, Washington

West Coast Vinyl Window Co. is an absloute terrible company.  All we wanted were new windows that looked good, and more importantly, was heat efficient unlike our old aluminum windows. 

After sitting for four hours listening to a salesman drone on about triple pane windows, we finally succumbed to double pane windows, no one really needs triple pane windows.

I initially told the salseman I simply wanted a quote on grid windows for the front of the house, and regular vinyl for the back.  He didn't listen, he was bent on trying to sell triple pane windows.

After agreeing on double pane windows, we set up an installation date and were told that West Coast uses their own employees ONLY on installation.  Well, low and behold, one guy came to the house, a subcontractor, to do the work. 

No one from West Coast was there to oversee the work. From there, the work was just terrible.  the windows were put in, but we had to wait two weeks for the frames.

I inspected all the new windows from inside the house, I found two loose windows, one was installed a little off center, neither of the two new sliding doors had any locking hardware, and no caps were installed to cover all the screw holes.

Even though the windows were caulked on the outside, the frames were not caulked.during a recent coldspell, we could feel a strong draft of cold air through EVERY window and both sliding doors.These new windows are as drafty as our old ones were.

The most frustrating thing about all of this is I have made repeated calls to have someone come out and do something about these drafty windows that were just installed.  No one ever returns my calls, that is the worst part of this entire project.

I don't know where to turn right now, all I want is attention/communication from West Coast to fix their poor work.  Not sure where to turn at this point, since no one from West Coast has returned my calls.
